I travel frequently and work late, so I find myself at Taco Bell frequently. This is hands down the best location I have experienced. The food is always hot, made with care, and the voices in the drive thru are always friendly. They have never missed napkins or my fire sauce. Job well done!
Amazing experience. They accidentally messed up on my burrito and when I told them, they instantly apologized, showed empathy, remade my burrito, and gave me a card for a free taco. Most places don't own up to their mistakes, but taco bell did! I definitely view them in a more positive light than all other fast food restaurants now.
The food at this location was very fresh and fast.
