Quick and easy. Order was correct and food was yummy
So we went through the drive thru and the AI robot that takes the order kept messing up and so we asked to please speak to someone, and the lady at the window on August 15th around 10:30pm was completely rude and snobby. Also when we got home to eat the barely had a drop of cheese in the cheese container inside the supreme Lux Box. Taco Bell headquarters needs to have a meeting with that food location and make serious changes with the employee attitudes.
Instead of nacho cheese on the crunch wrap, they put beans. Disgusting.
Mrs. Crystal at the walker location is the sweetest lady. We always go when she's there and although sometimes fast-food drive thru experiences aren't always the best now days Mrs. Crystal makes it so pleasant. She is fast efficient, makes sure you have your whole order, is very friendly and just a lovely person. Great food and service.
