The last three times I went there my food was messed up and I had to throw it away. Yesterday the same the cooks can't cook!

This Taco Bell visit was beyond disappointing. The food took forever, and when it finally came out, it looked nothing like what’s shown in the ads or on the menu. My Diablo Chicken Taco was dried out, dark, and barely edible, more like glorified dog food than the “fresh, flavorful” meal they promote. They forgot my sour cream, the employees were yelling across the counter, and at least three other customers were also complaining about wrong or missing items. They are always very efficient and personable. Today I needed help with the app and Bre’nija came out to my car to help me with it and stayed until we got it working. That is above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much.
