Order food through their app, missing food and what came in was horrible...their customer service wont make it right or refund money for the missing food(not even asking for more than what's owed).
The drive thru employee is very rude. She doesn't know what customer service is and too busy talking to other employees that she gets rude to customer bothering her. Food looked like a mess. You should not go to ludlow taco bell. With the cost of food going up we should get good customer service atleast be greeted when we go there.
Think it's time to clean house and start over with this location the employees obviously dont want to work here and management could care less
