Never lived in Nevada until now. Was racial profiled by the manager. Accused of being rude for requesting fresh nacho fries. Yelled at me in front of customer's. Then racially profiled me for being banned from another restaurant. I've never been so embarrassed. And rather than get arrested I left the situation. This woman is still employed there. And will do it again to other minorities. As she feels entitled to.
The store is dumpy The help is dumpy. If you want sauce with your order you're going to have to bring some from home from your personal stash. I just got something there and didn't get my sauces. A lot of places are this way with mobile apps mobile app orders because they know you're going to drive away and be screwed so I got one for you there buddy screw you right here in the app I googled you and now you got googled. With a manager who lets employees run the show, expect to be talked to “however damn well they please” as stated by one employee. After being told to lap around twice in the drive thru and then treated as if we were lying about our pick up order, I still don’t even know what to say. Absolutely the worse display of customer service I have EVER seen.
I had never been to this restaurant before. It was a quick trip through the drive thru. I ordered the Luxe box. Over the speaker was the kindest, sweetest representative. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by Jasmine. What a wonderful young lady. Bright, Kind, Professional. I was So Impressed I asked to speak to the manager. Skyler came to the window and I could immediately tell what a Great Leader She Is. Great Service is just as important and even more so than Great Food.
