Whoever works on to go orders has to be fired. Time after time I order from here and the result never changes. Go to a different location because this one has nothing but lazy workers who work at night that can’t even read what is ordered properly.
Regularly runs out of items prominently displayed on the menu. The kicker to me was when they ran out of hard taco shells. Also takes at least 10 mins for them to take order. Seems high for fast food.
Only experience here is in the later hours, before midnight, but of the few times I visited they either are apparently not even open during normal hours, with no response at the drive-thru, extremely slow on service, and always get the items wrong with key missing ingredients. Maybe they only have one person working there? This place should be shut down
This restaurant does not let you know when they are out of items for Uber orders. They will give you what they have and expect you to be okay with it. No communication to the driver, just seal the bag and call it a day. I paid for extra items and did not receive them, got a different meat than what I ordered and they did not bother to grill the Crunchwrap, let alone put the crunchy part inside of it. Lazy workers need to be retrained and work on their communication.
