Every time I gone to this particular tacobell they leave something out of my order. Every. Single. Time.
Hadn’t even finished my order for literally two people, was like maybe 5 items, and all I could hear from the staff behind me was “bro finish with your order”, “she wants me to slave away for 5 dollars”, just stupid things like that. I also work in fast food, and yes sometimes I get being frustrated with an order, but purposing having the customer hear it? That’s insane. I’m an assistant manager in a fast food place and I would never let the staff talk like that in front of a customer.
Went to get a chicken burrito at 9am. Ordered my food. Told the gentleman I needed extra napkins. And mild sauce. I got my food. Looked in the bag. 2 napkins. So I asked for more. Then I saw I only 2 packs of mild sauce. He said that's all they are allowed to give. I wanted more. But he was extremely rude. And I am a paying customer. I will NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. That's poor service. He was disrespected me by how he spoke to me.
