Charged a gift card I had used for payment at the window but also debited my card that was setup with the app that the original order was placed from. Food was mediocre. Stars being left to the service window staff who was not at fault for the overcharge and shouldn’t be held accountable
Rude customer service never order uber eats from here will never order here again
I regret to inform you all that I recently endured what can only be described as a sociological case study in customer service failure at the Texarkana Taco Bell. I ordered at the kiosk like a civilized, technologically competent adult. When our food was finally ready, a young man—whose enthusiasm suggested he had just been personally wronged by the concept of employment—handed us our bag and fled the scene before I could request my drink cup or sauces. This place was terrible! A lot of the food options were not available and the staff had very poor customer service. Go to the next one do not stop here!
