I went through the drive up to order. I believe the best part of my experience for this Taco Bell is the girls that took my order and the one who brought my food out to me. They all looked like they went beyond USUAL to be Sharp looking in their uniform. I mentioned to the one who brought my food, that I was from Indiana. And they looked super sharp and beautiful. If you happen to go to Texarkana, Texas. The ladies that work nights are on top of their game.
Had to order in person today because my card was acting up, and I ended up waiting a ridiculous 40 minutes. It felt like the staff completely forgot about the front counter to focus entirely on DoorDashers and the drive-thru, prioritizing everyone who came in after me. Very poor customer service would rate 0 if I could.
