The wait times were high today but the food came out perfect. The lobby was clean. So were the restrooms. All of the employees were extremely friendly and professional with clean and neat appearances. Food safety procedures were being followed. All of the customers in the lobby waiting for food (there were quite a few) socialized with one another while waiting. It felt like a nice community gathering place. I'm sure I'll be back.
It was decent just a quick stop then back on the road. Employees have to let you in the restroom
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE : I talked to them and they didn't even awnser terrible people I hope people be more kind and respectful. So rude.
Hands Down the worst restaurant in the valley, if you enjoy being treated with disrespect and having employees ignore you after they took your money and give you nothing in return! They STOLE my money and gave me NO food NOTHING they just took my money! When I called the store to have it dealt with they tried to say contact DoorDash, so I did and DoorDash refunded me and the store is supposed to refund me and they won’t answer my phone call.
You have to check your order after getting it EVERY TIME you come to this location. Because if you're missing anything when you get home, and you fill out their survey saying you have missing food, they just email you back saying "Thanks for your feedback" and don't refund you or give you that item free next time anymore. They tell you "Why didnt you come back and get it?" after you've driven all the way home.
