Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with David, He was rude and lacking in professionalism. You should be listening to the problem before you starts arguing with a customer. At the end he was rude and made remarks before he gave me the drink I paid for. But this is how he gave it to me.
Drive through was trying to upsell customization on everything, but definitely in the 90th percentile for this chain
So many homeless in this area, they were in there using the fountain drink thing to get water for themselves and their pets the entire time I ate. I watched a drug deal go down then watched that guy pass out in the rocks in the parking area. I got sick for 5 days after eating here. I shouldn't have touched anything.
Omg everytime we go there they get our order wrong! Tonight we just doordashed and our food was correct but they gave us the wrong drinks! Do better!
