Very very slow service.
Employee took his time after my order was ready for pick up delivering food There was trash on the floor and wet floor in front of the counter Employee in Charge during the night shift Didn't not communicate well at all Never Going back again
They make people reverse or go back through the drive through line to help their times look better and impress their Taco Bell corporate overlords while inconveniencing their paying customers

I thought they had spicy chalupas, but they had gone off the menu so the guy said he could make them spicy for me, but this is what I received.. 🤦♂️😡For $8 a piece is pretty bad. This is sour cream soup with chewy chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. I mean, you tell me what this is! It’s not what I asked for that’s for sure. It’s hard to look at. I thought I’d take a risk going here once again after the lettuce thing but boy, did I make a mistake.
