This location made a special experience for me recently. I think we all expect Taco Bell to be a bit on the quick side for prep and our bar is low for presentation. This is still accurate, but that's what we go to Taco Bell for at 2am. The drive thru gal gave me a very nicely packaged bag with a cute sticker. She also had a little card and pen that had a taco topper on it with an uplifting message. What a sweet way to create a special night for me! Thank you Taco Bell!
Just wow. They can’t check the gift card balance. We got a bunch of gift cards for our birthdays with no amount written on them. The lady said she was the general manager and said they can’t check the balance. Won’t be going here ever again.
Couldn't be slower, yet it still took an hour to get my food. If i could leave no stars i would.

Worst taco bell location, the one on 5600 is much more consistent in terms of quality. Recently ordered a naked chicken chalupa and the shell had been sitting there for at least an hour if not more, it was dried out and ice cold, the mexi melt was sticking to the wrapper because they wrapped it too tightly and didnt give the steam time to dissipate so I ended up losing half the toppings and the tortilla to the wrapper.
