Not only was my order completely wrong, but the two crunchy tacos that I definitely didn't order were completely smashed and cold in the box. I didn't know till I got home. I paid for a more expensive meal and received a cheaper, cold, smashed meal. It's not even worth going back, but check your order before leaving the drive through.

Just your average Taco Bell. There's never anybody at the counter to greet customers or take orders when I visit this location. From what I've seen, zero customer service, an obvious lack of training and even less direction. No communication leading to unnecessary wait times. On my last vist one of the employees "Lucius" dropped a large stack of cardboard food containers on the dirty floor and laughed about it and when another employee approached and asked him why they were on the floor, he just smiled and shrugged his shoul... read more
