It's a Taco Bell! You can't expect the food to be great. Service is non-existent, because customers are expected to use touch screens to order. The only interaction we had with employees was when the order was ready. My name was called and I saw the employee place a tray down on the counter. That was it!
The floor in the preparation area that you can see from the cash register was a cluttered mess. The tables were dirty, and the dining area floor had napkins and sauce packets all over. They were not busy. I stood at the counter for quite a while to get our soda cup and water. They were not given to us when our food was ready. The food was good and hot. I'm just disappointed in the eating area and kitchen being a mess.
