Customer service is terrible. Food was great. The workers won’t even speak to you. And they were upset at us for asking for food.

I come to this location often but the last couple of times I’ve went the customer service was very poor. If I could rate it a zero I would. Last night at around 7:45, I ordered a burrito combo and asked for no red strips but forgot to ask for a soft taco instead at the speaker. I'm not sure where to even begin. This was the worst experience ever at any Taco Bell I've ever been to. And we all know how renowned TB isn't known for quality... I ordered a boxed meal with a few add-ons, (2) to my burritowhich were missed, money well spent. One of the included goodies was a chicken chalupa. Which they are normally deep fried, right?
