Best taco bell in the area! The service was amazing. I went to the one on main Street Bozeman and after an hour of waiting and rude service I got no food and no refund. I eventually gave up and went to four corners. Got my meal in less than 5 minutes. Everything was correct and delicious! Sophia there was so wonderful and a breath of fresh air. We will be exclusively using this location for taco bell from now on thanks to her and her team!!
Took 20 minutes to get a refund on 2 tacos today I didn't even get, i was the only person in the taco bell, employee walked by ignored me when I tried to get her attention(old lady) and the young guy running the counter could see me trying to get his attention and was rude when I asked for a refund when I finally got his attention, but I couldn't wait any longer for those tacid
TERRIBLE customer service, waited pretty much waited an hour for our food and i had employees staring at me while helping people at the window, etc.
Absolutely without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’m glad Trump is our President. Hopefully he can deport the people that work here.
