Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve never gotten all the items I ordered. Always missing an item, if not multiple!
It’s ok but the service is either great or not depending on the time of the day and the crew working the shifts.
I am extremely frustrated with this Taco Bell and their lack of customer service. I made a pickup order through DoorDash and I waited in a line for over an hour and a half to pick it up because they didn’t have their inside open. I got all the way to the window just for them to tell me they gave my order to someone else and that there was nothing they could do.
