Literally the rudest employees at any fast food place I’ve ever been to. Like yea you hate your job, that’s not my fault.
Being told I CANNOT under any circumstances order at the counter is extremely frustrating and very customer unfriendly... was forced into getting BACK into my car go through the drive-through then back into the store to eat
My wife's 7 layer burrito was cold, they had no way to heat it up. Said when they add the lettuce and tomatoes that cools it off. But the beans weren't even hot. Couldn't order at the counter, had to use the kiosks. Saw several seniors having trouble ordering from. The kiosks. They forgot my drink cup so had to go to the counter and ask for it.
