I went here on 5/14/25 at around 11:10pm. I pulled up to the drive-through to order 6 normal crunchy tacos and a side of cinnamon twists. I had to repeat my order to the guy at the microphone like 10 times. I was pretty much yelling, and he, for some reason, kept misinterpreting "6 crunchy tacos" for steak tacos? I had to spell out the number 6 to get him to understand. At that point, I thought that he was messing with me or something. And after all of that hassle, they forget my cinnamon twists. There is a sign on the speaker with slang wording that more than half the customers aren't going to know what means. It's pitiful when management cannot speak/print in English for their customers to understand.
