Walked in with a door dash order stood at the counter for 7 minutes before someone even greeted me, then waited 15 minutes for the food. That is crazy!! Door dashers depend on speed for our money!
Terrible and rude service. Black girl at the window had an attitude and essentially threw our order out the window. They forgot half our order and we didn't realize until we got home. Not the first time I've gotten sassy mouth's lip and incorrect order.
The employees are rude and nasty and so is the manager. I looked for a complaint hotline but apparently this sort of behavior is fine with taco bell. Otherwise they would at least hire a manager with some class and decency about her. But with that in leadership what can you expect from the employees? Ha
There’s 9 cars waiting for their food. No new customers in the drive through. An attendant is parking us instead of helping the 1 cashier / cook in the kitchen. It’s chaos and ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for Taco Bell. I’ll never be back to Richmond again road… giving it 5 more minutes then disputing the charge and flagging this merges and doing a chargeback! Who owns this location!!
