They have messed up the last few orders. The last order was completely inedible. It cost too much money now to screw up so bad.

Horribly understaffed and slow. The ownership of this franchise needs to learn how to run a business, I promise it’s not rocket science. Do not recommend going when they stay open with only 1 employee working, your food will take forever. Avoid at all costs.
Crew had no idea what they were doing. Sodas flavors were very week had to get a refund. Pepsi should investigate this location.
Never have I ever thought I would be leaving a bad review on this location. I used to love this location back in January through March, but this new crew they've had the past couple months... They need to be retrained. The food and service has gone downhill so bad. The original evening/night crew had your food hot and ready within MINUTES, and it was always perfectly to order.
