Customer Service was horrible
The worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Really slow service, tried charging me twice (second time for someone else’s food), gave me the wrong food, had to wait 20 mins the first time from placing order to getting the wrong food, and just shy of 10 mins to get back to the window and they still had no idea about my food. All in all, 30 minutes to pay for food I never received. I ended up leaving
Customer brought a Mexican pizza back because they had put nacho cheese on it. After they left, the employees were cussing and one said she wanted to "throw it in her face". Also, it was very warm and muggy in the dining room. We left and went to Beef A Roo - cool and clean dining room, happy employees, and good food. I'd always wanted to try it but family not keen on trying new things - thanks for pushing them away, Taco Bell! Will be going back to Beef A Roo!
