Woman at drive through was very rude about an app error, very unprofessional and honestly a manager should have a with her.
Wait at the drive through is routinely greater than 5 minutes per customer. I have no idea ehat they are doing in there but it is 100% not making food or caring about anything. It's faster to drive to the next nearest taco bell.
Just sat in the drive thru for 30 min waiting on two door dash orders just for them to tell me that they’re actually closed and won’t make the food
I wish that local add more people working at night because, there always a long line every night, and sometimes they close early
tried to order ahead on the app an hour before close. the app didn't work. drove to the location and waited 45 minutes in line before getting to the speaker and was told they were closed. maybe a heads up so im not wasting an hour of my time would be nice.
