I would rate zero stars if I could! Drive across town if you have to. Do NOT go to this Taco Bell. I got there at 7:30 tonight, checked in with the front, and was told it would be out soon. I waited for an entire hour, and finally asked if they could check on my order. I heard the lady ask someone else and heard them say my order was lost, so they had to start it. I was supposed to get a box and a bag. They put everything in a small bag that was ripping. I had two drinks, and they insisted I only had one. I had over 15 peopl... read more
I just waited 50 minutes for my order while people who ordered after me received their food before me… I believe 2 the people working the food station never clicked my order and another employee had to fix it for them…I understand it was a rush but please pay more attention. I am pretty upset…lucky you the nacho fries are back so I didn’t get TOO upset…again, just pay more attention please and own up to your mistakes. I’ll hold off on this location for a while.

The food was warm and could have been hotter. The people in the window could be more happier and smile when they open the window.
