Went through drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla, water bottle, and grilled cheese steak burrito with xtra chipotle. First they said they didn’t even know if they had water. Guess that should have been the first red flag. Got the chicken quesadilla and there was only chicken and chipotle sauce on it and there was only filling in the center two pieces empty tortilla on the ends on both sides. Cat inside Taco Bell Lobby…
Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Food items that should have been showing on the app weren’t there, and yet were listed on the menu board. Too late for us to get what we wanted since the order was already put thru. Waited in the drive thru line as the first car for TWENTY minutes while they made our order. Drove away about a mile and realized they did not include one of our items.
