Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I won’t be surprised when this place is shut down. Had several allergic reactions from them not getting my order right. So I started informing them of my allergy. They chose to cancel my order after waiting 20 minutes and then refused me service because I told them to get that shit right!
It's gotten better, the staff are definitely better than they were a few years ago. It's Taco Bell, you pretty much know what you're getting. But they tend to be quick and polite.
Was literally delivered food they let walk out their door 3 hours old and then when I called to rectify it the guy got defensive and said he'd "defend himself" if I brought a health inspector down there since he felt confident in his belief it's okay to do that.
Staff was very friendly and polite but second time we’ve went here she been told they’ve ran out of all meat. We had tacos with cheese and lettuce:(
Taco Bell needs some serious management attention. Customers keep getting let down, and there aren’t many good options. The food is always subpar, and the ingredients are often mishandled and displayed poorly. And don’t even get me started on the closed lobby! It takes 45 minutes in the drive-through even though they say they’re open. Plus, the employees seem really unhappy, which makes the whole experience even worse for customers who are paying good money.
