Some employees here are friendly. However, I've had to lower my rating after witnessing an older woman employee behind the counter assisting customers being rude to a young woman. The young woman was simply asking for the nacho sauce that was missing from her groups order. The employee was extremely rude to her. Additionally, it took 25 minutes to get my order of 3 items. The food is Taco Bell food so what do you expect? The service was absolute trash. I don't like Taco Bell because I'm burnt out on it, but I went there with my boyfriend since he likes Taco Bell. I ordered a combo which mind you comes with a drink, so I ordered a Baja Feeze. My boyfriend ordered a regular fountain drink which he got. We ordered on the kiosk and didn't want Taco Bell to email or text our receipt so we said no on it. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, it’s always luke warm, tacos shells always crushed and stuck to paper always takes for ever… do yourself a favor and go to Eldon and wait in the slowest drive thru ever because at least it’s always consistently good food
