It's substance
Went on here today because necessity required and colon protested. We walk in to the pit guy begging the counter in a whiney voice saying to a customer who has ordered already and is standing there waiting.. patiently for his food. "Sorry sir, but we are out of the (Dorito chalupa, beany whatever)." The guys nice and said "just give me the rest then" and steps back. Then we come up and order and I'm holding my card.
