Just left this location and the service was great. The employees were so nice and welcoming. Food was great. Definitely will be going back again. We have a Taco Bell in the town I live but we drive 30 mins to come to the Kenedy location! Worth the drive.
The employee at this Taco Bell was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service. I have never encountered a situation at any other Taco Bell where I was told that I couldn't remove vegetables from a taco. They insisted that all items are premade, which prevented them from altering my order. When my husband inquired about this, one of the staff members became visibly angry, necessitating the manager's intervention.
