Listen, I'm a medium, and the employees talk so much crap about me, and on top of that they got my order wrong. How am I supposed to feel! They get one star for unprofessionalism!
Store online is open, when I showed up ot was closed, no signage to indicate it was closed or why.
Went to Taco Bell for a late dinner last night and the crew was phenomenal and the food was great! Even though they forgot our second order of chocolate chalupas the staff quickly made the mistake right. The manager that was on duty was so amazing that that crew has made this family a loyal customer of that establishment.
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD HAVE A -5 IN EVERY WAY. I ORDERED UBER EATS AT MIDNIGHT; IT IS 2:30 AM AND IT SAYS MY DELIVERY WONT ARRIVE UNTIL 3 AM, THE POOR UBER GUY IS LITTERALLY STUCK IN LINE WITH NO WAY OUT, AND IS NOT GETTING PAID!!!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE IF NO ONE CAN WORK OR THEY CANT AFFORD ANYONE, LIKE COMMON, WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP.
A few weeks ago I went in with my friend to dine in. They took forever to make our food and I heard them saying “can these people leave already”. Then, today, I do a mobile order with plenty of time to make it. I go to pick it up and the lady hands me my food and drink and slams the window before I could even ask for the straw they forgot to give me.
