Absolutely no integrity with the staff while making food, my burritos were dried out and solid. The tortilla was Like a rock, absolutely disgusting. 🤢🤮🤮🤮
I wanted to take time to thank the staff who worked tonight 8/8/25. I ordered a party pack of tacos - regular not supreme. However when I got home they all had sour cream and tomatoes. One might say jackpot but when you have 3 toddlers when you order regular you need regular. I tried to make them eat them but that was a no go. Called multiple times and didn’t get an answer so I had to pack the kiddos up and drive back to Taco Bell with half eaten tacos and the rest of the unopened ones to prove I couldn’t use them.
