Horrible experience, I was Ubering for some extra money as a college student, and I’m sorry not every TACO BELL is 24 hours open. The food is always fresh I never had an issue here . Even when I order online the food is fresh and good .
I ordered the new strawberry lime refrescas freeze with my food but instead he gave me the wrong drink... Twice! I had to come back and show him a picture of it The second time coming around drive-thru and then he asked if I would like him to make it but I said no because the two that he made already tastes like water. There is absolutely no flavoring in it and I'm not sure if he intentionally did that just to get me out of the drive-thru or what happened. There's no way the rating is 3.9. All the bad reviews are 100% accurate. The employees are sooo rude. They will only focus on making the drive through orders before they even begin to attend to anyone inside. But they are moving like sloths and have zero sense of urgency to do their job. I get it, it's Taco Bell. Not a great job but still you picked to work here so do it right or leave.
