Ummmm. I am a Taco Bell freak!!! I love love love it! My home sits right between 2 of them however, this one is closer. That would be awesome if this place didn't suck so bad. I've given them chances but I'm done! The orders are wrong most of the time. Today, out order was right but, my bean burrito had old beans on it that were hard. Omg :/ it was so gross. It's decent. They got new management and the food is way better, I eat there a lot because it's a short walk from where I work. A lot of the crazy employees who were very iffy before are no longer around and my food is correct most of the time. If something is wrong they are more then happy to fix it for free and let me keep the mess up too. They are usually friendlier during the day, but their store manager is there in the mornings.
It depends. Its taco bell what do you expect typical fast food with typical crappy service from Management on down i would be amazed if my order was right or if they had everything that the menu offers they are always out of something so if you use the drive thru sit their till you inspect everything you ordered to make sure its right otherwise you will have to drive back for the correct order it will be wrong every time and this is after you had to deal with a smart ass teenager working the window or counter .......
They don't serve real meat and you have to check your order because they mess up EVERY time.
Unhappy Taco Bell Customer. I went to Taco Bell Malvern Arkansas gave my order....got home and the order was all messed up.I called in, asked for the manager, he thought I was being funny when I asked if his people couldn't read a simple order.
