I had a very bad experience today. I ordered online ahead of time to save time and to customize my food how I want. I love Taco Bell and I really want to love this Taco Bell as it is the closest one to my home. The wait for service is too long. I walked inside and went up to the counter. No one greets me at all and asks me anything. There is no one at the counter. I wait for about 2 minutes. I say, "Excuse me." and none of the employees pay any attention.
