They NEVER get my order right the past 5 times I’ve gotten it EVERYTHING WAS WRONG they never fix it and are rude about it idk what’s so hard about following the receipt. Like how do you have a printed order and still get it COMPLETELY WRONG I got a beefy 5 layer and they gave me a taco I asked for no tomatoes cuz I’m allergic and they SMOTHERED it with tomatoes like it’s absolutely ridiculous that this happens EVERY TIME

I really liked my experience at this tacobell. It tasted good and they were thoughtful to include napkins and cutlery.
Eh, workers are going downhill lately. I know a lot is done over mobile, but when someone comes up to your counter to order, how about a little acknowledgment instead of blank stares and continuing to work. Just saying, leaving someone to stand there clueless is just bad business
The automated ordering system was the absolute worst decision ever made. It asks you so many unnecessary questions, takes forever to order anything, and heaven forbid you make a mistake on an order or it hears you wrong. Service sucks, because there is none, you talk to a machine. They need t9 hire more people so they can do away with the robot ordering system.
