A large family walked in before us. They got to the kiosk first. The 2nd kiosk was out of service. This location was kiosk ordering only despite the counter having registers. I stood around for 5 minutes, the family was still using the kiosk & no one behind the counter acknowledged me. My husband & I walked out & drove to a different place down the road since we were just passing thru town.
Place is dirty with multiple health code violations. Employees not changing gloves when needed, no aprons, half aren't coving their hair. The only reason I even noticed any of this is because I've been waiting 45 minutes for my mobile order. While employees just sit around and talk and goof off. The management here needs a big change. Between the slow times and the poor food quality they should just shut this one down.
I ordered food from automatic drive through, all food wrong didn't discover until I got home and yelled at. Will not go back absolutely atrocious
BRING BACK THE BUILD YOUR OWN MEAL PLEASE. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location. Super nice people, they cared about getting the order correct and they were always very polite and professional. But recently this location discontinued the online exclusive deal through the app. This meal deal included a premium item and a 5-layer or mid level item, chips and a drink. just had the most emotional experience of my life at Taco Bell… and not in a good way. Ordered a $7+ burrito—SEVEN. DOLLARS. I was expecting a hearty, tortilla-wrapped masterpiece. What I received instead was a lightly seasoned napkin with commitment issues. I opened it up like it was Christmas morning… and immediately realized Santa had filed for bankruptcy.
