I had a great experience here! The food came out quickly and was very good. I also had a question about the gift card usage policy, and they weren't sure but we're very sweet and polite, and found out the answer for me.
The staff is friendly and my families orders always come out correct. Food is good and we get out order quickly.
service sucks, food tastes bad, and bathroom smells horrible
I went to TB tonight and had the worst experience with the sevice there. The lady that was working the drive-thru was so rude. When a car would pull up she wopuld say "What do you want". I came back in there to get her name which I think is Renee she said "When you came in the 1st time did you even buy anything" which I of course did. This lady was wearing a black TB shirt which I think is managment. What kind of managment is that rude and disrespectful to the people that make her pay check.
