Six times in a row, my order was wrong. Missing food, a steak grilled cheese burrito turns into a beefy five layer halfway through for some reason. Genuinely the worst fast food restaurant I habe ever been to.
No straws and no sauce that was ordered on the app. Bare minimum service provided.
Drive through girl was more worried about their times than handing me the sauce I asked for. Was given my food but when I asked for some sauce they said I would have to come back around the drive through and wait in line just to get some sauce because their “timer was going” I was baffled by the rude response. Next time this happens I’m putting my car and park and waiting for the sauce. I don’t care about your times if you don’t care about mine

You guys are a great team. Keep it up, we appreciate you!!! Taco Bell breakfast is amazing. Creamy jalapeno sauce makes everything taste so good.
