Once again I'm the only person in line and I have to wait until the girl on the phone is done before she will get my order, this KFC has very poor service and nobody seems to care even the manager or the owner because this has been going on for a long time
First time I went, they were extremely helpful. Second time they were closed because of the government shutdown.
This is a great place to work, this person is on the phone and the person at the register has head phones on so loud I can hear and I had to say my order 3 times before he understood it get paid to use the phone and listen to music, wait ? Aren't they supposed to be working ?
