I agree the products are top notch and superior. However, ordering and figuring out what is needed is confusing and badly explained. I ordered $250 work of mounts for my Jeep Gladiator. The two assault track brackets came but did not come with any way to mount the arms to hold a phone or tablet. It came with two 20mm balls, neither can be attached to the brackets or the picatinny rail. I opened all the packages because I assumed they sent me what was needed to mount a phone and tablet. I am impressed by the product offerings at Tackform. I had two of three items picked out but needed help choosing the third. There is zero customer support. No human to talk to. Instead of spending 3-5 minutes on a call with me, I had to write up my needs and wait 18 hours for a response. Whomever finally responded had not read the dimensions of the device I needed to mount. BEST Customer Service Ever!!! I had an issue with a phone charger and reached out to Tackform. They were understanding, courteous and resolved my issue very quickly. I would highly recommend Tackform!
