I purchased my lexus es350 5 days ago. I was traveling to simpsonville and a belt broke leaving me stranded at 330 in the afternoon. I called Tacket total, they were able to get me in, order the belt and install it in record time. Very friendly people here. Very helpful attentive and kind individuals. Highly recommend!
Went to get a deflated tire looked at. Owner saw us as soon as he could and fixed it all up! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an honest and competent mechanic/team! We will be back should the need arise!
I’ve taken my dualies, cars, and side-by-side to them and they treat my vehicles like their own, which is to say Very Well. Not to mention these are some of the best people you’d hope to meet. If you’re in the area and need their services, do yourself the favor, and thank me later.
Nothing worse than being broke down and stuck in Kentucky. But if you ever are, please go to Tackett Total. Chris, the owner was very sympathetic to my bad luck. Luckily Tackett Total was able to change my luck. Ram diesel dually with a torn up transfer case on a friday... Chris did the impossible. He hunted down a new transfer case that was 2.5 hours and was able to get me and my son back on the road the same day before closing. Awesome awesome group at Tackett. We had a flat tire at the freeup storage next door to Tackett Total and Chris Tackett came to look at the tire and said he could fix it same day. They didn't have the size but picked up the tire at another business and put it on. He was awesome! I highly recommend Chris Tackett!
