Terrible customer service and dishonest
Thank you for helping this Mississippi lady get the perfect saddle for my Paso Fino! The service was wonderful and I know I've made some new Scottsdale friends! 💕
Stopped in to browse the selection briefly before close today and the employee was extremely rude. She made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. She was very unfriendly towards me because she wanted to close early. There are some quality used items, albeit overpriced, mixed in with many outdated items. I suppose this store would be good for the right person but management needs to address the issue of poor customer service.

I am LOVING the new Tack Solutions by Lori! The new owner has completely transformed this all consignment store into a fabulous consignment boutique. Everything is beautifully sectioned off so items are easy to find and the store looks great! From jewelry to books, from saddles of all types--2 side saddles in the store today--to tack trunks, hats and boots......grooming supplies to wall art--they have it all.
