Not good for online service – I have never been to the store, although I have used their website to order from them. What I have received is very poor customer service. The first time I ordered, they were out of stock of one of the items on their webpage, so they substituted a different brand of breeches for those that I bought. They were very uncomfortable and I ended up only riding in them once before throwing them out. The second time I ordered only one item, and they were out of stock of that one, too.
