Disappointed to say the least! I called Tim, the new owner and ask them to schedule time to come back to boat to fix an issue that worked on less than a year ago. Tim stated he would speak to Cody and would get back to me. Needless to say, I did not receive a call back. I then called the phone number again, and learned that I need to speak to Sarah, Cody’s mother. Great to work with! Super responsive and wonderful follow up, which is helpful when theres so much other things going on in life. TACK helps me make sure my boat is always maintained as it should be!
Experience with Tack Marine was fantastic. They responded in a timely manner to both phone and email questions, performed a thorough assessment of the problem I reported, and then shared several proposals for me to decide upon. Patiently, they further explained each proposal and all estimated costs. After completing the service they (now pay attention!!) cleaned up after themselves!! I found no oil in the bilge.
