Nice friendly folks but horrible follow up and communication. New GatorSeal underlay roof installed Nov 2021. Two leaks discovered during 2022 Monsoon. Still awaiting repairs. Promised a repair crew today who were a no show. No Call. No Text !
We’re very disappointed with the siding job we hired Tacheny to install for us. We found that there was a disconnect between the process that was followed compared to what was shared with us before work began. Here’s a summary of what we found with the work that was completed: - Inside corners were expected to be replaced but were not and it wasn’t caught by Tacheny at any point throughout the job. Professional and efficient: They do a capable job
I’ve worked with Tacheny for 11yrs after my Enlistment in the USMC infantry battalion, that I left with on good conduct. Over the years being there, I’ve noticed a lot of subcontracted partners and employees take advantage of small Family owned company that has shown me nothing, but a way to make a living to support my family and treat everyone with the upmost respect even when disrespected. All in all I feel this is the company, but definitely the family I’d wanna do my business with.
Tacheny Exteriors is a business that practices discriminatory employment practices, has ill trained staff, and will do only as much as they are required. No more. Steer clear at all costs!! The two previous reviews are from family members! (Mary & Brittanie)
