Good god, I don’t even know where to start.. this has been an absolute failure from start to finish. I’ve been waiting 3.5 weeks AND COUNTING for a simple, urgent answer on whether they can compound a medication with a shelf life over one month. Not the medication itself — just a yes or no. I still don’t have one. Communication here is completely broken at best. Calls go nowhere, follow-ups don’t happen, and you’re left chasing basic information that should take minutes, not weeks. Very impressed with the service Kitkat and Trisha are always welcoming and ready to help! Pharmacist takes the time to explain everything clearly. They guide customers on what to do and make sure everything is ready.
Exceptional service. Kitkat went above and beyond to follow up with my physician when an incorrect dosage was written on my prescription. My doctor’s office was slow to respond, but she stayed on top of it to make sure the corrected prescription was sent over. Once everything was fixed, my prescription was filled within hours. The pharmacist was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Thank you!
