Dr. Katopodis is a wonderful doctor! She always takes time to listen to my concerns, and I never ever feel rushed. I appreciate that she constantly checks in on how I am feeling while she is performing any procedures. Getting a hold of a receptionist to speak with in person has been good at times, and challenging at other times. I have the luxury of living close by, so dropping in to speak to someone isn't out of the question for me. Have had no issue with leaving messages and being called back.
