Very long wait times here. Every time my wife goes here it’s usually 30-1 hour wait time after your appointment time. Ridiculous. Waiting room is filled with barely any seats left because everybody is in there for an hour. By the time your doctor calls you your parking is probably expired so that also sucks. And Gryd Park has issues that you can’t add any more hours in the app. It’s a mess. Oh, and if you try calling, you never get through and they don’t even bother checking their voice messages.

From the time you arrive to the point when you depart, you're greeted by friendliness. Dr. Katopodis was very thorough and I tremendously appreciated her walking me throughout every part of the procedure. I never felt rushed and more importantly, I felt acknowledged and heard. Dr. Katopodis is a wonderful doctor! She always takes time to listen to my concerns, and I never ever feel rushed. I appreciate that she constantly checks in on how I am feeling while she is performing any procedures. Getting a hold of a receptionist to speak with in person has been good at times, and challenging at other times. I have the luxury of living close by, so dropping in to speak to someone isn't out of the question for me. Have had no issue with leaving messages and being called back.
