I was recently referred back to a doctor here, because I saw her during my first pregnancy and she’s very good. However, you cannot get a hold of reception. I’ve been calling for days to make sure I have the date of my upcoming appointment correct, and left a detailed message which has not been returned. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. R because I know she can help me, but if I can’t ever get a hold of reception, how can I be her patient?I’m realizing after reading similar reviews it would be a nightmare to be a patient ... read more

Horrid front desk staff! Office manager also very rude, and refuses to answer basic questions and supports front desk staff. The doctors are incredible, however good luck getting a hold of kind medical staff. Sad state of affairs.

Dr Whitaker was the doctor for my first baby. She was so amazing that I wanted her for my second baby. She’s amazingly outstanding and exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

Very long wait times here. Every time my wife goes here it’s usually 30-1 hour wait time after your appointment time. Ridiculous. Waiting room is filled with barely any seats left because everybody is in there for an hour. By the time your doctor calls you your parking is probably expired so that also sucks. And Gryd Park has issues that you can’t add any more hours in the app. It’s a mess. Oh, and if you try calling, you never get through and they don’t even bother checking their voice messages.
