Unique luxury B&B with Chesapeake Bay view in quiet countryside location. The home itself is a stunning brick mansion with intricate interior woodwork and fabulous furnishings. Luca, Susan and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing. Stayed with several family members for 3 nights and made memories for a lifetime.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The estate is set in a truly spectacular location, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was finding such a wonderful inn that is genuinely pet-friendly. Traveling with our dog can sometimes be challenging, so this made our stay even more special. Wonderful property and facilities with vintage decor. Stayed in the Taylor Suite, which was large, clean and comfortable. On a Thursday evening, the place was very quiet, which was most welcome. Breakfasts (many French inspired) were delicious during the stay, but the service was uneven and rushed at times, and my coffee (although delicious) rarely stayed hot for too long. We wanted a close-by get away and we were so lucky to find The Inn at Tacaro Estate! We felt welcome and cared for from the moment we opened the door. The warm cookies, fresh flowers, thoughtful decor, amazing architecture and attention to details were all evident of careful stewardship. The grounds are beautiful with stunning panoramic views. We will be going back and really do encourage people to visit!
Farm fresh homemade breakfasts from gourmet family recipes, chickens & horses on the property, stunning view - what a gem. Kate is a superb host & so knowledgeable about dining in the area, the owner is super cool and so accommodating, Lisa & the speakeasy downstairs is adorable, cute little fire pits & s'mores. Charcuterie by the pool, count me in. 10/10
