I first signed up for this gym in November around Thanksgiving for a six weeks class which was $95. I was unable to proceed and cancelled my my membership. The app didn't allow me to remove my credit card information. So I contacted the gym via email. After going back and forth telling me I signed a contract, the owner eventually admitted that I did not and would refund a recurring charge that occurred on January 9th.
