So usually don't leave bad reviews. However, after dropping 0ver $2000 for repairs thought I should share. Installed slide topper and warped the slide. Sent pics. And of course was informed that there was no chance that they caused the damage. After explaining how obvious it was that the supports were improperly installed I was told I could reach out and talk to the service manager Mike.. Best & honest place that make you feel at home! We have been to many places when trying to find our perfect family RV and TAC did not disappoint! Took a long time to get our RV in for warranty work, but with COVID and the way of the world now, they did let us schedule. I do have to be honest though, we took the RV in for the same problem last summer and it was not fixed - hoping they will fix it this time…to be continued!

We purchased our Kodiak Ultra Lite brand new in 2017 from TAC. George was great to work with for the purchase. Being in the Coast Guard, my wife and I transferred to Kodiak AK in September of 2018. While there, the trailer was parked in a storage lot and one of the other lot users pulled their ATV trailer into the front corner of our camper.
