I have been sitting waiting on an office manager at Blanchard Place 2 since 12:26pm til 1:51pm!! Which has a sign up that says office opens at 1pm-5pm. I decided since I am already on this side of town I will wait 30 more minutes. I left at 2pm no one arrived at all! Before I left I went to side 1 and there was a note on the door that says on side 2 which was a huge LIE!! This is the way your company handle business!! This company does not pay its hired handy men like they are suppose to. They say pay every 3 weeks but you dont get your money for a month and a half after work has been completed and the people in this office is rude and very ugly. They do not make sure apartments are up to code and dont want to fix anything. HUD needs to step in and do something this company is a joke.
Lazy company.Will not do their jobs in making sure tenants are satisfied.When it comes to maintenance,they refuse to spend money to fix AC units,stoves,and the list keeps building.They do an outstanding job when it comes to breaching contract.
