Blanchard Place 2 is not a bad place to live, but management needs improvement. Maintenance issues often go unresolved, with the home office being blamed for repairs or purchases not being approved. The manager is also frequently unavailable during posted office hours, and her second job may be affecting her availability. The biggest concern is professionalism and confidentiality. Deplorable and what's so sad is the owners don't care about the property or tenants. Won't fix nothing. When it rains water comes inside the bedrooms and living room. All they do is shampoo the carpet but it still smells like mildew.I think it's mold under this very cheap indoor/outdoor carpet and inside the walls. The main office never answers t the phone and when they do the lady always has an attitude and tells you to talk to the property manager. Hell if I could I would. She's never in there and she has a nasty attitude.... read more
