After getting my winter tires put on at Costco (mistake), I had a new thumping noise coming from my rear drum brakes. Costco denied they damaged anything... Tyler and his team at TAC Auto worked endlessly to solve what was going on for me. They installed aftermarket parts, then upgraded to OEM Toyota parts for free. After a couple trial and errors (all with free labor by the way), they nailed it and now my car is driving issue free once again. TAC Auto cares about their customers and it shows.
