excellent service very reasonable quality work highly recommend Tyler .. use good parts not after market crap that does not last :)
I went in asking for a 1200$ repair and Tyler ended up providing a solution for 100$ and fixed the shock perfectly. I've been at this shop a couple times and they don't do unnecessary repairs or charge for services that don't need to be done. All of my cars are premium or exotic models so it's extremely difficult to find a shop that doesn't try to overbill labor or inflate there invoice just because I drive expensive cars. At first this shop was great , suddenly Tyler’s professionalism changed along with his employees. I was told to drive down and they took all the info needed said calling the extended warranty company and he would let me know how much the repair would be- Now I’m ghosted his employees hang up on me when I call- Tyler refuses to return my calls and refuses to reply to emails- what was once routine repairs with easy encounters is now horrible service that has been an absolute nightmare and is absolutely disheartening.
