"My daughter and I went to meet with Lucia and Maureen for signing my will. Before the signing, my daughter asked them to explain the documents I was signing. Since I had my stroke six years ago, it’s harder for me to hear and understand. They were very patient and took their time to explain everything clearly, even when they had to repeat a few things. They answered all my questions, and by the time we finished the meeting, I felt at ease. Thank you for being so patient and understanding."
