If there's one thing a customer values, it's respect for their time and commitments. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with [Tabs Alterations ] Tailoring Services left me disappointed. I have been using Tab’s for years as her place is very close to my house. She was good at the beginning but now she got more customers the quality of her work significantly reduced and her altitude is also rude. I stopped using her.

My biggest issue was poor communication on behalf of the tailor. I was told that my order is going to be ready within two weeks, which is long but totally fine with me. Almost three weeks later I come back only to find out that it is not ready yet. I understand that delays can happen. However, I would expect notification of some form (text or call). A lack of such is just poor service. Additionally, they do not accept credit cards. I had no idea since they never mentioned that. Luckily, I was able to pay with venmo.
