I have been going to Tab’s since I moved to Ann Arbor 4 years ago. Every time she has been incredibly professional, timely and so kind! She does her best to accommodate all her clients and their needs, even during busy seasons. I will continue to support this wonderful small business!

Don't waste your time dealing with Tabitha- its clear from many reviews she has a pattern of being incredibly rude and disrespectful any time she picks up the phone- she just starts yelling and arguing with customers immediately. I tried three times to come pick up pants I dropped off- the first time her store was closed for the summer and the next two times were during business hours and her door was locked. If there's one thing a customer values, it's respect for their time and commitments. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with [Tabs Alterations ] Tailoring Services left me disappointed. I have been using Tab’s for years as her place is very close to my house. She was good at the beginning but now she got more customers the quality of her work significantly reduced and her altitude is also rude. I stopped using her.
