She is overly rude and disrespectful to customers! She completely botched my dress pants for my grandfather’s funeral and when I asked for my money back she refused to refund me and hung up in my face. She said she didn’t care about the presented issue and proceeded to deny my refund. The dress pants I picked up were nothing of what we agreed on when I left her shop. She will not touch another piece of clothing that I purchase.
Drop off is quick and easy! She really accomodates and tries to work with your timeline while giving you honest expecations. I highly recommend them :)
I have been going to Tab’s since I moved to Ann Arbor 4 years ago. Every time she has been incredibly professional, timely and so kind! She does her best to accommodate all her clients and their needs, even during busy seasons. I will continue to support this wonderful small business!
Don't waste your time dealing with Tabitha- its clear from many reviews she has a pattern of being incredibly rude and disrespectful any time she picks up the phone- she just starts yelling and arguing with customers immediately. I tried three times to come pick up pants I dropped off- the first time her store was closed for the summer and the next two times were during business hours and her door was locked.
