We installed a water softener and acid reducer. I was so impressed with the lack of pressure to purchase. The salesman came out and tested our water, then asked questions to determine about how much water we might be using so the system could be accurately sized. Then he explained how softeners and acid reducers worked since we have never owned these systems before, what we would need to do to keep them running (adding media to tanks), and what might possibly need any future maintenance in the future. I’ve been a customer for over two years. Every experience that I’ve had with them has gone above and beyond any expectations. From the education on the saltless system that was already installed in the home we purchased, to replacing that & updating to a salt system. I went to Tabor Water Solutions as a walk in customer. I needed some filters and a pressure tank for an existing system. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend Tabor Water Systems to anyone needing water system services. They are a great group of people.
